The AL Administrators Certification classes are approved by the State of Texas for Assisted Living Administrator’s Certification and for continuing credit. We have added new material this year and the classes will be presented by Diane Doumas. Diane has 25+ years of experience in senior living. Her expertise includes field operations management, program development, quality assessment and improvement, and training and leadership development. She is a veteran of day-to-day facility operations in independent and assisted living, and dementia care services. Her training experience includes development and delivery of educational programs for every level of the organization from the front line team to corporate executives.
